CONTINUOS SCREW COOKER ( MOD. 42)

Suitable for cooking vegetables and fruits in warm water bath re-heated by steam serpentine coil .
The product advancing is obtained by transporting screw with variable speed for having a constant cooking time.

The machine is made up of :

• product loading and discharging hopper

• turning transporting screw inside the drilled drum

• level adjusting tank with float (on request)

• steam inlet manifold with by-pass valve, modulating pneumatic valve controlled by a thermo-adjuster, condensate discharge
