IMMERSION COOKER ( mod.. 148)

Suitable to cook continuously by steam or by boiling water vegetables with leaves, in pieces, dices and round slices and for whole or pieced fruits .
The machine can cook both pre-packaged vegetable and in bulk with adjustable cooking times by the band speed (controlled by inverter) .

The machine is made up of :

  • special plastic material belt with porters to guarantee the homogeneous cooking

  • cover (on request, electrically uncovering)

  • level adjusting tank with float (on request)

  • steam inlet manifold with by-pass valves, modulating pneumatic valve, controlled by a thermo-adjuster, with drilled serpentine coil
