Suitable to cook
continuously by steam or by boiling water vegetables with leaves, in pieces,
dices and round slices and for whole or pieced fruits .
The machine can cook both pre-packaged vegetable and in bulk with adjustable
cooking times by the band speed (controlled by inverter) .
