PISTON FILLER (mod. 107)

Suitable for filling viscous liquids (tomato purée, sauces, mousses, etc.) into jars and cans.

The machine is made up of :

• product containing tank with level probes
• piston valves with conical filling valve in AISI 316 stainless steel
• turning body with valve filling guides
• pistons for sizes from 5 to 800 cc. with 8 filling valves
• "no can - no fill" system (if the jar is not present, the machine does not carry out the filling)
• Motorisation of the turning body, filling and level pillars.

Volume correction with operating machine by means of the pusher of the electric board, optional fit-back adjustment
Size adjustment both for volume and height of the jar’s mouth
Complete of band for containers’ inlet and outlet

Dimensions: 2500 L x 1500 x 2000 H. mm. (model with jars’ inlet and outlet in line)
Filling speed: max : 160 pieces/minute.
