CENTRIFUGAL HYDRAULIC MACHINE STANDARD

Suitable for drying diced vegetables or in leaves by means of centrifugal action Available in the following models:

mini( basket dia. 450 mm.)
maxi( basket dia. 675 mm.)
supermaxi( basket dia. 870 mm.)

The machine is made up of:

• elevator with polyethylene porters for loading the product
• centrifugal group with drilled basket and outside casing for water receive
• vibrator for making easier the emptying operation of the basket when it is in discharging position
• porter type belt at the outlet of the product
• PLC for controlling the loading, drying and discharging
• hydraulic power system and connections

The emptying of the vegetables from basket is made easier through pneumatic system and special coating of the inner surface of the basket .
The machine is perfect in all its processing and construction operations, complete of accident-proof protections with functioning system enabling the product not to undergo bad processing, so leaving untouched its freshness.

Production: 400 - 2500 kg/h according to the model and loaded product
