CUTTER for Julienne carrots (mod. 51)

Suitable for carrots, potatoes.

The machine is designed to obtain:
strips of section 2,8 x 2,8 mm.
or 1,6 x 1,6 mm. ("julienne" carrots)
or slices with thickness from 0,8 to 4 mm. ( potatoes )
Output: 1000 - 1500 kg/h

The machine is made up of :

• a tubular framework mounted on wheels

• 4 outlet-stator, complete of blades, motorized turning rotor with self-braking motor

• loading and discharging hopper

• electric board with connections

• accident-proof protections

On request, it is available the model with elevator
AISI 304 stainless steel construction, according to CE rules .
