CUTTER for SLICES, CUBES, STRIPS ( Mod. 146 )

Suitable for cutting fruits or vegetables into dices.

Because of the centrifugal rotation, the product is pushed against a fixed stator (strip shaping) to be then crosswise (slice shaping) and longitudinally (dice shaping) cut.

The machine can cut as follows:

• 1st cut: strips of 1,5 - 20 mm.
• 2nd cut: strips’ section 7-10-13-16-19
• 3rd cut: dices with side 7-10-13-16-19

The machine is fitted to cut into dices 13 x 13 x 13 (or by choice) and it is made up of:

• tubular structure, cylinder to cut into strips with fixed adjustable blade (on request, it can be fitted for flat or shaped blade),
• pushing rotor with radial shovel,
• rotor with crosswise blades,
• rotor with circular blades
• loading hopper, discharging hopper .
• Supporting framework with wheels, or fixed to the table
