SEMI AUTOMATIC TOPPING (mod. 1159)

Semi-automatic machine for marrows, aubergines with transversal cut oriented to the side of the stalk .

The machine is made up of :

hopper for manual picking-up of vegetables
two cup type bands for lodging aubergines and marrows
sprouting room with two circular blades, mounted on the same turning shaft at variable speed
two pushers mounted beside the blades, so that during the cutting operation vegetables are not removed
discharging hopper at the end of the two variable speed belts
Production: 80 aubergines/1’ (by two operators)
Overall dimensions: 3000 L x 1500 x 1600 H. mm.
Working capacity: 80 vegetables/1’ (1000 - 1500 kg/h approx.)
Installed power: 2 kW.
