AUTOMATIC CUTTER (mod. 162)

The machine is suitable for cutting and crushing vegetables .

The machine is made up of :

• temporized elevator for loading vegetables
• drum with two turning blades at high temporized speed
• temporized discharging elevator

The discharge of cut product can be carried out by overturning the drum or of by suction of a vacuum pump.
The cutter can be equipped with inlet connection for oil mixing ( for making sauce or paste ) and salt feeder .
The machine is completely made in AISI 304 stainless steel with accident-proof protections.

Overall dimensions: 2500 L x 1200 x 2000 H. mm.
Production: 500 - 2000 kg/h
