The machinery is designed to fill glass jars and cans with pieces of vegetables (beans, peas, silver onions, olives ) or whole vegetables in small size (artchokes core, mushrooms, etc.).

The machinery is equipped of a main disk on which is fed the input vegetables .
The disk arrange many holes ( 6,8,10,12 ) accordingly to required production with inserted some plastic cap to receive the products that are continuously filled and emptied into the container.

The filling volume is adjustable as per upstroke and down stroke of the disk position.

The machinery can be connected in series with other filling unit (multifiller) to fill different product layers into the same jars.


Devices

Vegetables deflectors inside the disk are provided to make easier the cup filling.

Automatic system: no can no fill.

Automatic level controller for vegetables layers into the disk.
