VACUUM COOKER ( BOUL ) mod 1960

The Vacuum Cooker ( Boul ) is designed for the vacuum cooking of fruit puree – pulp and to be used in fruit jam line.

The vacuum Cooker is also used in  tomato concentration or tomato sauce preparation ( Letcho , Luteniza , kaviar ).

The vacuum cooking preserve the output colour of the product.
The evaporated water is condensated in the Condenser Unit.
The vacuum cooker are available in different batch  measure : 600 kg , 1000 kg , 1500 kg
The vacuum cooker ( boul ) can be installed in battery unit to increase capacity .
Tomato concentration Range :  7 – 36 ° brix .
