VACUUM COOKER ( BOUL ) mod 1960
The Vacuum Cooker ( Boul ) is designed for the vacuum cooking of fruit puree – pulp and to be used in fruit jam line. The vacuum Cooker is also used in tomato concentration or tomato sauce preparation ( Letcho , Luteniza , kaviar ). The vacuum cooking preserve the output colour of the product.
