UNIVERSAL FILLER for fruit and vegetables mod. 11

Suitable to fill jars or cans with fruits and vegetables ( carrots, cucumber, olive, mushroom, onions )
The machine is made in AISI 304 stainless steel.
The filling system permits to reach the requested weight, according to the tolerances (plus/minus) by the laws in force.

The filler-in line is made up of :

• a basket type elevator in alimentary plastic material

• a product receiving tank at the basis of the elevator

• a vibrating hopper for filling cans or jars.

• a first vibrating section for containers (side vibrations) for the products’ disposal

• a second set of side and lower vibrations for the product discharging

• a transporting band for containers

• a recovering band for exceeding product

All recovering product is introduced into containers by a proper hopper.
The recovering band cans operate in the two directions enabling the ejection of glass in case of breaking.
The operating speed can be changed according to the sizes and to the vibration intensity.
The machine can fill all containers of different kind (glass or metal) with a min. weight of 100 gr.
