SORTER (mod. 219)


Sizing machine with vibrating sieves for separating onions of different section, preferably already peeled.
Onions are divided on the first sized sieve and the material of larger section goes on up to falling in the suitable sieve or in the off-size.
The advancing of the product is made by a vibrator.
Product receiving hoppers are installed under the chains, according to the number of the sizes to be obtained, which discharge the products directly on bi-directional belts
Under the sieve, a framework with alternative movement, on which there are mounted some rubbers to keep the sieves’ holes clean.
Sieves are fitted with hole according to the Customer’s request.

Standard model: 4 sizes + off-size
