Suitable for cutting edges of carrots and marrows.
The top and tailor is made up of :
no. 1 shovel type elevator with variable speed
no. 2 "V" bands for aligning marrows to be introduced into the conveyor of
the sprouting top and tailor
no. 2 bands underneath the body of the top and tailor, which will take at
first the marrows on the right and on the left, where it will be carried out
the two ends’ cutting.
At the outlet of the top and tailor, it is possible to fit the cutting
device for marrows into pieces (OPTIONAL) .
The top and tailor is completely constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel,
complete with all electric and accident-proof protections.

The top and tailor can also process the marrows with the stalk with higher
